Be kind - at our events, you agree to foster a safe and welcoming environment, to treat everyone with respect, and value each other’s views.
Discrimination of any kind is unacceptable and will be challenged. This includes but is not restricted to (and in no particular order) discrimination of individuals due to their: age, race, disability, gender, sex, religion, sexual orientation, religious or philosophical belief, class or health status.
Harassment, prejudice and aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated, and may result in expulsion from the premises and a ban from future events.
Any attendees who feel unsafe are encouraged to seek assistance from any event organiser during the event. They are also welcome to contact us after an event if they prefer.
All event organisers are also subject to this agreement.
We collect, store, and use your registration data for the running of the events you registered for. If you gave us consent, then also to let you know about upcoming events of ours. We'll never give your data to anyone else. Filming and photography take place at the event for promotional purposes.

Deevstock (“us”, “we”, or “our”) is a group of friends that run events - primarily Deevstock Festival but also club events such as Deeviate and Slice of Bass.
Deevstock is run by NIZAN LTD, a private limited company incorporated in England & Wales, whose registered company number is 09730944 and registered address is Flat 1, 186 Lower Addiscombe Road, Croydon, CR0 6AH
The Deevstock Team is made up of the director of NIZAN LTD, and a collective of volunteers who are not employees of the company.

To send you updates about the event you’re going to, such as, but not limited to, venue or time changes.
For tax and auditing purposes.
If you signed up to our mailing list or gave us consent to marketing messages when you registered;
To let you know about our upcoming events; such as when dates are announced, or tickets go on sale.
To invite you follow us on social media or join our online community groups
In any case, we wont sell or give your data to anyone else for purposes other than those related to the running of our events.

3rd party commercial entities, who may process the data outside of the the EU. In particular;
If you're registered for a ticket - with our ticket provider, TiTo
If you purchased a ticket - with our payment handler Stripe.
If you signed up to our mailing list - with our email service Mailchimp.
During an event, we may create a Guestlist which is shared with necessary door/gate/venue staff so they can perform their duties. It will then be deleted/destroyed after the event.
TiTo, Stripe and Mailchimp are private, password protected services which store and manage data on our behalf for specific purposes; managing tickets, processing payments and sending emails. They are obliged to use data only for these purposes, not to share it with anyone else, but importantly to keep it safe.

In certain circumstances, you have the right:
To access and receive a copy of the Personal Data we hold about you
To rectify any Personal Data held about you that is inaccurate
To request the deletion of Personal Data held about you (except data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.)
To unsubscribe from our mailing list. You can do this either by hitting "unsubscribe" at the bottom of the email, or by emailing us to ask us to remove you.

Filming and photography take place at our events for promotional purposes. These will likely appear on our website and social media.
If you would prefer not to be photographed, please let the photographer know.
If a photo or video is posted and you are in it, and would like it to be removed, please message us on social media or contact the data protection offer to have it removed. Please give as much detail as possible about where you saw the photo (when it was posted, which platform you saw it on etc.).
We are not responsible for photographs or video taken, or posted, by other attendees.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
If we hold Personal Data about you and our policy change may impact you, we will let you know via email and/or a prominent notice on our Service, prior to the change becoming effective and update the “effective date” at the top of this Privacy Policy.
You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
Registration and mailing list data; indefinitely. Temporary lists/Guestlists: up to 14 days.
Registration/payment data is held indefinitely for tax auditing purposes, but individual names & emails can be deleted upon request. If you have signed up to our mailing list, you will remain on the list until you unsubscribe. Guestlists, and any other temporary lists of data, will be destroyed as soon as possible once they are no longer needed, but always within 14 days of the event.
