If for any reason the named delegate cannot make the conference, they agree to inform Digital Enterprise Festival SL 10 days previous to the event. Please note that we operate a 2 stage registration process, you will be asked to complete a detailed delegate form upon confirmation of your ticket purchase. If due to unforeseen circumstances the date of the purchased event is to be changed, the tickets will be valid on the new event date, refunds are not offered.
