General:

The Terms and Conditions (T&C’s) listed should be read and understood alongside the T&C’s of any Vendor and/or Agent by any individual before the purchase of an event ticket. Please take time to read the Terms and Conditions. Access to the www.debsrepublic.ie (The “Website”) and the use of the information contained is subject to the terms and conditions followed. These Terms and Conditions are vitally important and in place for both the protection of the www.debsrepubic.ie users and ourselves. By using or visiting our website and or any third party website affiliated with a Debs Republic event, you agree to be bound by the Terms, Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations governing the website(s). The contents of our website are subject to change, this includes the Terms and Conditions and may be altered without notice, occasionally. The Website operates on an ‘as-is’ basis. We (Debs Republic) continue to make all reasonable efforts to ensure that the information portrayed on the Website is as accurate as possible at the time of its inclusion. We do not uphold that this is the case and do not make any guarantees to the accuracy and reliability of the content of The Website. In turn, you agree not to hold us responsible for any inaccuracies that may occur. Purchasing a ticket or accepting a ticket for a Debs Republic Event constitutes your acceptance of these T&C’s. Tickets sold are subject to any “house” rules and regulations in operation by the venue. Debs Republic cannot be held accountable for the ongoings of the event or an aspect of the event delivered by the venue. We reserve the right to alter the event and its itinerary without notice. Do not buy tickets or wristbands from an unlawful vendor. The tickets will be invalid and non-refundable by Debs Republic or any Vendor/Agent associated with the event. Venues are subject to change. The promoters are not liable for payment of any loss of money or compensation and/or expenses occurred. Under no circumstance is trading allowed within the event premises. No unauthorised motor vehicles will be allowed on the event grounds. You grant consent to your actual/simulated likeness to be included for a no fee within any visual or audio recording to be used in any media for any purpose at any time. This includes filming by An Garda Siochana or any security staff which may be carried out for the security of customers and/or the prevention of crime.   Use of The Website is at your own discretion and risk. If you find any of the content or terms on the Website or any content of ours distasteful, offensive or unsatisfying, you are solely responsible to seek remedy in concluding your time on our Website. In no event will Republic Entertainments Services Ltd be held liable in any way including liability for negligence for any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data or profits arising out of or in connection with the access, use, inability to use, the results of the use or performance of this Site or any of its contents. We shall not under any circumstances be liable to any customer by reason of any representation or warranty, condition or other term or any duty of common law, or under the express terms of these conditions of sale, for any consequential, special, incidental or punitive loss or damage (whether for loss of current or future profits, loss of enterprise value or otherwise) and whether occasioned by the negligence of Debs Republic, its employees or agents or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Tickets/Refunds:

Tickets are only valid when purchased from official agents of the Debs Republic. Tickets for Debs Republic events have a unique QR code which will be scanned upon entry. If tickets are duplicated, either by error or fraudulent gain, ONLY the first ticket scanned will be admitted, irrespective of the original owner, you are responsible for your own ticket. The promoter will not issue duplicate tickets. Admission is strictly by full ticket, only. Please have your ticket ready for inspection. Tickets must be retained for the duration of the event. Failure to produce a valid ticket at any point during the event could result in eviction. Tickets / wristbands are non-refundable. There is no re-admission to the event if you are to leave at any point. Proof of age may be required for all ticket types, please ensure to have valid ID with you. Valid forms of ID include – Passport, Garda Age Card, Drivers Licence. An individual/customer is entirely responsible for their ticketing. One must ensure that their ticket order is completed and their information is fully correct. Before completing a purchase, it is essential to review all the ticket information displayed which is based on the choices/information provided by you. We will not be held responsible for errors occurring in the order process or multiple orders being placed as a product of errors and cannot refund, exchange or cancel tickets as a result. If you are at any stage uncertain as to whether your order has been successfully placed with us please do not hesitate to contact us for assistance. Debs Republic reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order without having to provide a reason. We are dependent on third party or external suppliers of services (i.e., web hosting, hardware supply and support) in providing our Website and services to users and customers and customers recognise that we can only rely on those suppliers pursuant to their individual terms and conditions and service level agreements. In the event that we experience difficulties with one or more of our suppliers we will make every effort towards rectifying any such problems. We will not however be responsible for any loss of any nature caused to the customer as a result of difficulties with any of the Debs Republic suppliers. Tickets are non-refundable, refunds are only considered on major cancellation or by special exception determined by the promoter.

Event Cancellation:

Debs Republic holds no responsibility for the inconvenience caused in the event of a cancellation by venue or bus proprietor. If such a scenario was to arise Debs Republic would do everything reasonable to ensure the guests receive the appropriate compensation on their ticket price. Refunds will only be available when we cannot accommodate an alternative appropriate venue or date to suit the attendees. In certain circumstances, events may be postponed by Debs Republic due to uncontrollable reasons, (Act of God, war, natural disaster, exceptional circumstances imposed by Government or local authority) outside of The Company’s control which could not have been reasonably foreseen or due to the organising committees or venue’s failure to comply with the terms of the agreement under which Debs Republic is engaged, for example a failure to meet minimum numbers provided on booking. In circumstances where the school or organising Committee wishes to cancel an event or you wish to cancel an individual booking, the following cancellation charges will apply: Full value of the Booking for cancellation within 10 weeks of the date of the event 50% value of the Booking for cancellation within 16 weeks of the date of the event 20% value of the Booking for cancellation within 22 weeks of the date of the event To gain a refund on tickets for a cancelled event, please contact Debs Republic within 14 days of cancellation of the event. Booking and postage fees are non-refundable. It may be the case that events are rescheduled by Debs Republic, the organising committee or the venue. In that event, we agree to use their best endeavours to make suitable alternative arrangements and agree the same with the organising committee. Should this situation arise, we will try to contact you as early as possible and inform you of all or any alterations and amendments to your booking. We will not be held responsible for any inconvenience, losses of any kind or expenses incurred by the customer as a result of an event being cancelled, rescheduled or moved to a different venue.

Prohibited Items:

Liquid beverages or food is not permitted to be brought to the event. Excessive amounts of cigarettes, only bring enough for personal consumption. Excessive amounts of bags. Aerosols over 250ml. Smoke canisters, flares, fireworks, lanterns, air horns, illegal or unidentifiable substances, glass, laser equipment, sound systems, unauthorised professional recording equipment. Anyone resisting confiscation of prohibited items or disregarding the outlined conditions will face permanent eviction. It is illegal for any individual over 18 years of age to purchase alcohol on behalf of an individual under 18 years of age. Any person caught doing so will be evicted.

Security:

The Promoter reserves the right to refuse admission and/or evict an individual, without a refund. Body and bag searches will be conducted at the buses before departure. Any ticket holder can be subject to a body and/or bag search. An individual who refuses to be searched by a member of security or another person acting on behalf of the Promoter will be refused admission or ejected from the event. Please act responsibly. Anti-social behaviour will lead to eviction. Urination on the public grounds of any venue is forbidden, there are toilet facilities per event site. Any individual seen urinating in public will be removed from the event without hesitation and prosecuted. Any individual found carrying out illegal activity or in possession of illegal items will be given to An Garda Siochana and evicted/refused entry. Any item(s) reasonably considered for use as a weapon or as harmful to either the venue or any other person, will be confiscated.

Transport:

Body and bag searches will be conducted at the bus entrances. Any ticket holder can be subject to a body and/or bag search. An individual who refuses to be searched by a member of security or another person acting on behalf of the Promoter will be refused admission to the bus. There is no food/beverage and or alcohol allowed on the buses, any glass bottles, cans, plastic bottles or anything considered to maybe holding alcohol will be removed and disposed of.

Damage / Losses:

An individual can be prosecuted if they cause damage to the venue, the venues infrastructure, transport vehicles or cause any harm to any other individual at the event/venue for the duration of the event. Any personal property brought to the event is at your own risk. The Promoter is unable to accept any liability for personal or property damage, loss or injury sustained at the event.

Safety/Fire:

Damage to your hearing can occur from excessive exposure to loud music. The security teams are in place to ensure the safe running of the event. Failure to adhere to their requests may result in eviction from the event. Smoking is not permitted inside any of the public buildings, designated smoking areas are to be used. Light shows (incl lasers, smoke machines, strobes and special effects) may take place during some performances.

Lost and Found:

Debs Republic hold no responsibility for personal items that are lost/stolen at our events. Lost and Found items can be reclaimed after an event by contacting us directly. Lost and Found items will be held for 30 days. If you request lost items to be posted you will be asked to pay the postage fees.

Photography:

All photography taken at a Debs Republic event by Debs Republic photographers, photo booths and or third party/outsourced photographers are the property of Debs Republic once posed for by a willing participant. Purchasing a ticket to a Debs Republic event is taken as permission to utilise Photos and Videos you may be subject in for marketing purposes. No royalties are available to an individual whom may feature in these photos/videos as they are already property of Debs Republic.

Housekeeping: Please respect the grounds of The Hosting Venue. Please use the bins provided. No animals are permitted, except for hearing/guide dogs.

 

Debs Republic, our subsidiaries and associates shall be under no liability for any failure, delay or omission on its part if the same arises from any cause beyond Debs Republics reasonable control including (but not limited to) acts of God, acts or regulations of government or other authorities, war, fire, strikes or other industrial disputes, power failure, failure of telecommunication lines connections or equipment or failure or defects in any hardware or software owned or supplied by third parties or server or merchant banking faults.

These terms and conditions constitute the complete contract between you (the individual using this Service) and Debs Republic and cannot be amended either orally or in writing.

This means that customer data is stored and accessed by authorized staff by means of secure internet connection. The CRM system utilizes some of the most advanced technology for Internet security available today. The site uses industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, so the information is protected using both server authentication and data encryption, ensuring that the data is safe, secure, and available only to registered Users Republic Entertainment Services Limited. Each user can be provided with a unique username and password, PIN that must be entered each time they log on.
