If you book on a Data Orchard course you are agreeing that we may use your data for the following purposes: i) We will use your contact details to send you information about the course you have booked and to request feedback. ii) We may publish your name, job title, organisation and event attended within the participant group. iii) We will use your contact details to send you marketing information about other courses, events, and services we offer. You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

Your payment information will be retained for 7 years as part of our financial accounting practice. Your contact information will be deleted after 6 years unless you have engaged with us further or not unsubscribed from our mailing list.
