The data that is collected will be used by the Organiser to plan and manage the event for which you registered, as well as email you relevant details about the event.

CultureCon is organised by Culturli Limited (Company number: 08364116 | VAT: 181646494) Cancellation terms: We can refund tickets up to 45 days prior to event for full fee less 15% administration fee. Tickets are not refundable within 45 days of the event start date. Please note: Tickets are transferrable without an admin fee.

We keep our data requests to the bare minimum needed to ensure that we can process your payment, grant you a ticket, check you in to our event and keep you up to date with event arrangements. We are committed to protecting our event participants privacy. We will not share emails with sponsors or other third parties, except for those that we use for website/contact management (SquareSpace) and ticket/payment processing (Ti.To and Stripe).
