The data that is collected will be used by the Organizer to plan and manage the event for which you registered, as well as email you relevant details about the event.
Tickets can be transferred and are cancellable until 15 July 2019. Everyone needs to accept our Code of Conduct. There will be a media crew taking photos and filming the conference.
You can transfer your ticket using the link in your purchase email. Please, note that transfer late than three weeks before the conference may not have some personalized goodies.
You must send an email to conferences@codegram.com asking for a cancellation and refund. Please note that we cannot accept one later than 15 July 2019. Refunds will not be made after this date.
We will be photographing and filming Full Stack Fest, and the videos will be publicly available for free. By registering you grant us permission to use any images or footage taken of you on conference days.
Every attendee, sponsor, and speaker, by virtue of purchasing a ticket or attending, agrees to comply in full with our conference code of conduct.
We never share your personal data with third parties.
We take your privacy very seriously and will not sell or share your personal information with sponsors or third parties. Sponsors may request to gather your details on the day of the conference but your permission will be sought and the information gathered from you.
We don't provide attendee listings to sponsors or any other third parties.
We'll keep information for at least the time Spanish and EU laws ask. You can always unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time.
We need to keep invoice data for at least 6 years in order to comply with Spanish law.
