The data that is collected will be used by the Organizer to plan and manage the event for which you registered, as well as email you relevant details about the event.
Sorry, no refunds, but transfers are okay. You must follow the code of conduct.
CANCELLATIONS/SUBSTITUTIONS/TRANSFERS There are no refunds for cancellations. You are, however, able to transfer the ticket to another person. Contact Jina in writing with the name and email for both you and the person you are transferring your ticket to. We will send a confirmation to the new attendee. If there is a waitlist activated, we would be happy to contact folks to help you find someone to buy the ticket from you.
If the Clarity event or workshop is canceled, we will fully refund your registration to the event or workshop you are registered for, without penalties or fees. Any fees outside of Clarity (such as travel and hotel) cannot be paid by Clarity and are your responsibility.
Please note that international refunds will be made based on the current exchange rate at the time of refund, and not at the time of purchase.
SPEAKERS & SCHEDULE Speakers and schedule may change due to circumstances. We will try to alert attendees of changes as soon as humanly possible.
CODE OF CONDUCT Clarity requires all speakers, attendees, volunteers, sponsors, and staff to follow our code of conduct. Failure to comply will result in being expelled from the event without refund.
We will not share your information outside of Clarity unless otherwise noted and you have opted in. We may share aggregate data with sponsors, but it will be done in an anonymous way. There may be photography or video taken at the event. By attending a Clarity event, you understand that you may have your likeness recorded.
Your privacy is important to us. It is Clarity's policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect from you across our website, https://www.clarityconf.com, and other sites we own and operate.
