By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following: All tickets are fully refundable upon request. Tickets may be transferred to another attendee before the transfer deadline. Event details, speakers, and schedules may change. All participants must follow the Event Code of Conduct. The event may be photographed or recorded. If you prefer not to appear in media, you may indicate this during registration, and you will be provided a no-photo lanyard on-site. The Organizer is not responsible for personal property, travel costs, or circumstances beyond its control. Your personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including GDPR and the Oregon Consumer Privacy Act. By completing your purchase, you agree to the full Terms & Conditions.
Ticket Terms & Conditions 1. General By purchasing a ticket to Chain React Conference (“Event”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all ticket types, including conference passes, workshops, and add-ons. The Event is organized by Infinite Red, Inc. (“Organizer”). The Organizer reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered attendees.
Ticket Refund Policy Tickets are fully refundable upon request. Refund requests must be submitted in writing through the official support email or ticketing platform. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
Ticket Transfers Tickets may be transferred to another attendee if you are unable to attend. Transfer requests must be submitted before the transfer deadline specified by the Organizer. Updated attendee information may be required. The Organizer is not responsible for tickets transferred or resold outside official channels.
Event Changes The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to:
Event dates or times Venue location Speakers or schedule Session formats or offerings
Such changes do not constitute grounds for additional refunds beyond the standard refund policy.
Code of Conduct All attendees, speakers, sponsors, and staff are required to follow the Event Code of Conduct. The Organizer reserves the right to remove any participant who violates the Code of Conduct, without refund.
Media Release The Event may be photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional, marketing, or archival purposes. By attending, you consent to such media capture. If you prefer not to appear in photos or video, you may indicate this during registration. The Organizer will provide you with a no-photo lanyard onsite to help communicate your preference to staff and media teams.
Liability Waiver Attendees assume all risks associated with participation in the Event. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organizer is not liable for: Personal injury Loss or damage to personal property Travel or accommodation expenses Indirect or consequential damages
Force Majeure The Organizer shall not be responsible for delays, changes, or cancellation of the Event due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: Natural disasters Government restrictions Public health emergencies Labor disputes Acts of terrorism Venue unavailability In such cases, the Organizer will determine appropriate next steps, which may include rescheduling or issuing refunds.
