Society Officer Training 2024

Dress code: cocktail
The event takes place from 7pm -1:25am.

1. Tickets are strictly for committee members of TCD societies.
2. The hotel and bus providers have stated that anyone intoxicated may be refused entry to the event or may be asked to leave at their own cost.
3. Ticket cost includes return bus (departing Nassau st promptly at 6:30pm), admission to awards, 3 course dinner & DJ.
4. Please note that photographs and footage will be taken throughout the event. These will be used by the CSC/College for marketing and publicity in our publications, on our website and in social media or in any third party publication. Please contact the event organiser if you have any concerns or if you wish to be exempted from this activity.


We, in our sole discretion, and without any liability or obligation to refund, reserve the right to refuse admittance to or to eject from the event anyone that we determine: is behaving in a manner that could disrupt, hinder or cause a nuisance to the event or to the enjoyment of any other person or partner at the event; represents a security or health & safety risk to the event or to any person; and/or fails to comply with, or is likely to fail to comply with, these Terms. You agree to comply with all applicable laws in connection with your attendance or participation at the event.

We collect a limited amount information from you; when you provide it to us directly, when we request it from you, or when you give us permission to get it from a third-party source for the purposes of registration and communicating with you for the event.


Attendee registration information: When you register to attend the event, you must provide us with basic information such as name and email address. We also give you the option to provide additional information such as dietary requirements which are shared with our service providers to facilitate your needs at the event.
Communicating with you. We use your personal information to contact you regarding your registration to attend the event, to notify you of any changes to our policies and practices, and to respond to any requests or inquiries you may submit to us.
