This Privacy Policy explains how The Causeway Coast Amateur Golf Tournament ( hereafter known as The Tournament) protects and uses any information that you give to us when you visit our website or register to play in the event. The data that is collected will be used by The Tournament to plan and manage the event as well as email you relevant details about the event. Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us and we will never release your details to any third party without your consent. We may change this policy from time to time , you will be informed of this.

Terms & Conditions 2027 The Causeway Coast Golf Tournament 2027 will be played at Castlerock, Ballycastle, North West and Ballyliffin Golf Clubs. The Tournament will be played over five days from Monday 7th to Friday 11th June 2027 Each player will play on four of the five days with a rest day. Handicaps / Restrictions The event is open to amateur gentlemen players over 18 years of age with a World Handicap Index of 24 or less. Each player must bring proof of WHI on their first day of the Tournament to be shown to the card distributors. Your union or country golf association mobile app will suffice. A current World Handicap Index must be submitted with the players registration. A player with a WHI higher than 24.0 is welcome to play but will receive the maximum playing handicap of 24. A player will retain the WHI they start the competition with throughout the week, the only changes to the players initial WHI will be cuts administered by the Tournament committee for daily prizes. All players must be members of a golf club affiliated to their national governing body and must hold an official WHS Handicap Index. All scores in this competition must be returned for handicap purposes in accordance with Rule 4 of the Rules of Handicapping. The player’s Home Club Handicap Committee will review scores under Rule 7 of the Rules of Handicapping, including any required adjustments or handicap reviews. The Committee reserves the right to revise any players handicap before or during the Tournament. Format The overall competition is run on the Stableford system. Concurrently with the main Tournament a subsidiary competition is run each day at each course with trophies and prizes for the best scores returned including the best gross score on each course. Playing handicap will be 95% of a players course handicap Entrance Fees/Discounts/Refunds Host /Partner Club Members £150.00 Host/ Partner Clubs for 2027 are Royal Portrush, Ballycastle, Castlerock, Ballyliffin, North West and Rathmore. GolfIreland Members £270.00 Visitors Outside Ireland £395.00* * Visitors outside Ireland will be entitled to complimentary practice rounds after 4.00 pm from the Monday through to Friday preceding the Tournament. Practice rounds booked outside of these times may be subject to charge, this will be at the discretion of the individual clubs. Please note that complimentary practice rounds will not be available at Ballyliffin GC in 2027. Discounts Group Booking discount (10%) for 12 or more players from 24th August 2026 to 30th November 2026. CODE: GROUP1210 PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL REQUESTS FOR REFUND OF ENTRY FEES WILL BE SUBJECT TO AN ADMINISTRATION CHARGE OF UP TO £20.00 (per ticket). Entrance fees will not be refunded after 17th May 2027 THE CLOSING DATE FOR ENTRIES WILL BE 3rd MAY 2027 Entries will close prior to this date if the Tournament limit of 800 players is reached. The Draw The Tournament Director will endeavour, where possible, to fulfil requests for specific rest days and tee times however this cannot be guaranteed. Tee times may be subject change at short notice. A first draft of player schedules will be posted on the website by May 10th. This gives players a chance to contact the Tournament Director to make changes to their schedule but only in exceptional circumstances. A final, unalterable Schedule will be posted by May 24th Please keep an eye on the Tournament Website for developments. Suspension or Cancellation of Play Should play have to be suspended or cancelled by any event outside the control of the Tournament Committee (for example adverse weather), then the Committee will make the final decision regarding revision of play and awarding of prizes. Opening Ceremony The opening ceremony will take place on Sunday June 6th 2027 at 7.30 pm. Venue: Golf Links Hotel. Prize Presentation The Prize will be held on Friday June 11th 2027 at 9.30 pm.
