The Venue The ‘BSSR Spring Meeting 2022’ will be held at Keble College, Oxford, OX1 3PG. We will forward any dietary and/or access requirements & allergy in-formation to the event venue, for catering purposes and/or any access requirements to assist with/manage your venue access requirements and to comply with Health & Safety and Fire Regulations at the venue. The event venue has been instructed to delete all your personal data within 30 days of the BSSR Spring Meeting 2022 having taken place.

Training Provider – The British Society of Skeletal Radiologists (BSSR) The BSSR is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information. BioMedEx Ltd will forward your registration information to the Training Organisers at BSSR Spring Meeting 2022 and inform them of any allergy or access requirements to comply with Health & Safety and Fire Regulations at the venue. The BSSR have been instructed to delete all your personal data within 30 days of the BSSR Spring Meeting 2022 having taken place.

Disclosure of your information:

We may disclose your personal information to third parties: i. If BSSR and BioMedEx Ltd, in its capacity as the BSSR Secretariat, is under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation; ii. In order to enforce or apply our terms of use or terms & conditions of supply and other agreements.

Disclosure may include exchanging information with other companies and organisations for the purposes of safeguarding of children, young people and vulnerable adults, fraud protection and credit risk reduction.

Cancellations Cancellations and requests for refunds must be made in writing no later than Thursday 19th February 2022 to bssr@biomedex.co.uk. Please note that an administration charge of £20.00 will be levied for each cancellation. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after Friday 20th February 2022.

COVID-19 We anticipate that, being a medical conference, all delegates will have been vaccinated and in addition, we recommend social distancing where possible and wearing of masks within the lecture theatres. We also ask all delegates to exercise the normal common sense they would apply to their day jobs and not to attend if symptomatic, following a recent positive test or prolonged close contact with a positive family member or housemate.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT A WITHDRAWL OF CONSENT BEFORE YOUR BSSR SPRING MEETING 2022 ON SUNDAY 20th & MONDAY 21st MARCH 2022 WILL RESULT IN YOUR REGISTRATION APPLICATION NOT BEING PROCESSED AND YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ATTEND.
