The information provided on the course registration form will be held by BioMedEx Ltd, in its capacity as the British Spinal Intervention Course (BSIC) Administrator, in line with the EU GDPR 2018 and any other statutory & legal requirements and will be used for the fulfilment of the course. Course registration information will be archived by us after the meeting date in line with statutory requirements. Neither the BSIC nor BioMedEx Ltd, as the BSIC Course Administrator, will supply your personal data to any third party except where expressed permission has been given by you or where / when required for the sole purpose of organising the course. Neither the BSIC nor BioMedEx Ltd will sell your personal data to any third parties.
Terms & Conditional Summary Your data will be shared with other relevant organisations and third parties in order to process your course registration. These will include: the venue, BSIC (training provider) and Ti.To (event registration platform)
Terms & Conditional Full The Venue: The ‘British Spinal Intervention Course 2024’ will be held at Leeds Medical School, Leeds, West Yorkshire, England. We will forward any dietary and/or access requirements & allergy information to the event venue, for catering purposes and/or any access requirements to assist with/manage your venue access requirements and to comply with Health & Safety and Fire Regulations at the venue. The event venue has been instructed to delete all your personal data within 30 days of the British Spinal Intervention Course 2024 having taken place.
Cancellations: Cancellations and requests for refunds must be made in writing no later than 8th May 2024 to contact@bsic.co.uk. Please note that an administration charge of £30.00 will be levied for each cancellation. No refunds will be made for cancellations received on or after 9th May 2024 unless approved by the course organisers.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT A WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT BEFORE THE BRITISH SPINAL INTERVENTION COURSE on 30th and 31st May 2024 WILL RESULT IN YOUR REGISTRATION APPLICATION NOT BEING PROCESSED AND YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ATTEND.
