Terms & Conditions: Breaking Down Barriers Ball By accepting these terms and conditions you agree to the following: 1. Your ticket authorises you to attend the Lidl Breaking Down Barriers Event in the Clayton Hotel Silver Springs, Tivoli, Cork, T23 E244 on 20th September 2020 and is not valid for any other Lidl event. 2. All the proceeds of your booking fee will go directly to Jigsaw and Cope Foundation. 3. Event tickets are non-refundable and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard. 4. Personal information you provide (name, contact information and any other information required for your booking) may be used by Lidl to contact you regarding your participation in this event. 5. You are aware that there will be active photography and/or filming taking place at the event and that your image may be captured. 6. By attending this event, you agree that any pictures/video taken of you may be used by Lidl for internal as well as external presentation, documentation, and/or marketing purposes. Any images taken may be altered or formatted in Lidl’s discretion and may be used by Lidl Ireland GmbH/Jigsaw/Cope Foundation for the above stated purposes. 7. To comply with all venue policies including those governing smoking and consumption of alcohol. 8. To take instruction from staff on the night and pay attention to Health & Safety briefing including emergency evacuation protocol. 9. That event organisers have the right to remove event attendees from the event where deemed necessary in Lidl’s sole discretion. 10. That there is a set menu to choose from and unfortunately accommodation cannot be made for specific dietary requirements/allergens. 11. You will hold Lidl Ireland GmbH harmless at all times in relation to any loss, damage, or injury you or others may suffer as a result of your attendance and your consumption of food/beverages and Lidl’s liability is excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law. 12. Dinner will be served at a set time. If attendees arrive after this time it is at their own loss. 13. To wear appropriate attire, as detailed in your confirmation email. 14.
