By booking a training course you are agreeing to accept the Terms and Conditions as outlined below

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. Changes to these Terms and Conditions We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Site constitutes your agreement to such Terms and Conditions.

Your Status In order to book a training course you must be at least 18 years old and you must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

Availability of Training Courses Any booking for a training module placed through this Site is subject to there being availability on the training module. We reserve the right to decline any individual or company, or to refuse any booking onto one of our training courses.

Payment Payments can be made online through Stipe or Paypal. Individual Bookings Full payment is due before the start of a course. Only full payment secures a place on the course. Payment is taken when the order is processed by you. Blue Sky will email confirmation that your order has been received to your listed email when purchasing. We will confirm your name, order number and the total price. Blue Sky acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us on these terms. A purchaser may not change any part of the contract at this point.

Training Course Cancellation and Refund Policy Course Cancellation Full refunds will be given for courses cancelled in excess of 5 working days before course start date. Cancellations made 5 working days or less in advance will incur the full course fee. No refund will be made to delegates who fail to attend classes or who do not complete the course. Course Transfers/Change of Date Companies and individuals may substitute participants prior to the start of the course without additional payment. Course transfer or change of date requires that notification by phone or e-mail is received by Blue Sky more than 5 working days prior to the course commencement date.

Disclaimer: Blue Sky reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any course at any time. In the unlikely event of cancellation, fees will be refunded. Blue Sky also reserves the right to re-schedule the start dates of all courses and, if necessary, to vary the content. Except where expressly stated, all fees are non-refundable. While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information on Tito, it may be subject to later alteration or amendment in the light of policy changes, course updates or other constraints.

Online Training Courses You will have 6 month access to the course material. Once you have logged on to the course, refunds cannot be made.

You will be issued with a user name and password to facilitate your log in to the course material. Our subscription, and the user name and password, are personal to you and cannot be transferred to any other person without the prior written consent of Blue Sky. Should you give your user name and password to any other person and in the event that the course material is accessed by a third party to whom you have given your username and password, Blue Sky may terminate your subscription without obligation to refund any fees. Liability and Disclaimer To the extent permitted by law, we use Tito (the site) without any warranties or guarantees. In particular, we do not warrant that Tito (the site) or any of its contents are virus free. You must take your own precautions in this respect, as we accept no responsibility for any infection by virus or other contamination or by anything, which has destructive properties. Although we do our best to provide constant, uninterrupted access to the Site, we do not guarantee this. We accept no responsibility or liability for any interruption or delay. The Site provides content from other sources and while we try to ensure that material included on the Site is correct, we cannot accept responsibility if this is not the case. This disclaimer does not affect your organisation’s statutory rights.

To the full extent allowed by law, you agree that Blue Sky will not be liable to you for any consequential or incidental damages (including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of anticipated savings, wasted expenditure, loss of privacy and loss of data) or any other indirect, special or punitive damages whatsoever that arise out of or relating to the Site. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude Blue Sky liability for personal injury or death caused by negligence.

Third Party Advertising on the Website You may see advertising material submitted by third parties on the Site. Individual advertisers are solely responsible for the content of advertising material, which they submit to us, including ensuring that it complies with relevant legislation. We accept no responsibility for the content of advertising material, including, without limitation, any error, omission or inaccuracy.

Governing Law The Terms and Conditions shall for all purposes be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ireland. You and Blue Sky agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Ireland. The place and performance of this agreement shall be Ireland.

Data Protection We have recently updated our Privacy Policy to clarify how we use, process & protect your personal information in keeping with the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What personal data we collect and why we collect it When you register for an online training course on the Tito site, we store the information provided to process those orders and contact you. See Tito privacy policy details. We use Stripe & PayPal to process online transactions, and their privacy policies applies.

We keep email submissions for customer service purposes, but we do not use the information submitted for marketing purposes. 8.
