Please read these conditions carefully!

SCOPE OF APPLICATION

The organizer of the conference and workshops is

bee42 solutions GmbH, Am Josephsschacht 72 D-44879 Bochum, Germany (further on in this document: bee42).

For the participation in a bee42 workshop or conference, the following “general conditions for bee42 conferences and workshops” apply, which govern the contractual basis between bee42 and a participant.

The valid version of these conditions applies at the time of registration. The German version shall have priority in the event of an objection or other deviations as well as in disputes over the interpretation of this contract.

bee42 does not accept any formulations which differ from the “General Conditions for bee42 Conferences and Workshops”.

bee42 trainings and bee42 workshops are aimed at entrepreneurs. In the event that a consumer signs up for a bee42 conference and bee42 workshop according to the consumer protection law, the following right of revocation applies to consumers according to the consumer protection law in addition to the “General conditions for bee42 conferences and workshops”.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR CONSUMERS ACCORDING TO CONSUMER PROTECTION LAW

If you are a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, you have the following right of withdrawal in addition to the “General Conditions for bee42 Conferences and Workshops”

a. Right of withdrawal

You may revoke your declaration of the contract in writing (eg letter or e-mail) within 30 days after receipt of a confirmation of registration by bee42 without giving reasons. The punctual sending of the revocation is sufficient for the revocation period. The revocation must be sent to:

b. Withdrawal sequence

In the case of an effective revocation, the services received at both ends must be returned and any benefits (eg interest) drawn. If you are unable to return the received performance in whole or in part or in a deteriorated condition, you may have to provide us with a decree. This may mean that you must nevertheless fulfill the contractual payment obligations for the period up to the cancellation. Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for you with the sending of your declaration of revocation, for us with their receipt.

c. Special instructions

Your right of revocation expires prematurely if the contract is completely fulfilled by both parties at your express request before you have exercised your right of revocation.

PRICES

Unless otherwise specified in detail, a price quote for a bee42 conference or a bee42 workshop is provided as a net price. If a participant is entitled to deduct the value added tax, he / she is entitled to use the value added tax in Germany to determine the amounts shown on the invoices issued.

PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

The contractual relationship between bee42 and the participant corresponds to the nature of a consulting contract, a service contract. No promises are made and there are no guarantees or goals to be achieved.

The participation requirements stated in the respective conference or workshop descriptions are binding and must be adhered to in any case.

BOOKING, CANCELLATION OR CANCELLATION

a. Registration for a bee42-conference or a bee42 workshop can be made by e-mail or via the internet form. After receipt of an application, this is confirmed by bee42 in writing. A participant will receive his invoice within 10 days of his registration.

b. A participant can revoke his registration before the beginning of a bee42 event. In the case of cancellation or cancellation of the registration no additional fees will be levied, if cancellation or cancellation takes place no later than 14 days after the invoice date indicated on the invoice. In the case of cancellation or cancellation of the registration after the said 14 days, the participant must pay 50% of the gross price if cancellation or cancellation takes place no later than 30 days before the start of the event. In the case of a later cancellation or in the event of non-attendance, the participant will be charged the full gross price for participation.

c. The cancellation is subject to the text form. Proof of sending the cancellation is the responsibility of the vendor.

DUE DATE AND PAYMENT

Unless otherwise stated, payment of the invoice amount must be made without deduction 14 days before the start of the event on the bee42 account. Only a full and timely invoice is entitled to attend training or workshop. The participant will receive an invoice with VAT.

TRAINING PLACE

The place and the times for bee42-conferences and bee42-workshops are given in the respective description.

SCOPE OF SERVICES

The scope of the offer for a bee42 conference or workshop includes the participation in the conference/workshop as well as the dishes and drinks described in the respective description. The price does not include the accommodation costs as well as travel and departure costs.

TRAINING DEVIATIONS

bee42 reserves the right to make changes to content, in order to always be able to offer up-to-date content.

CHANGE OF VENUE

bee42 reserves the right to change the place of the event due to the number of participants or other important reasons. The distance between the original and the new venue is not more than 20 km.

CANCELLATION OF A BEE42 EVENT

bee42 reserves the right to cancel a conference or workshop. Fees paid by the participant before the cancellation will be refunded in full. For further expenses or other disadvantages, which arise to the participant by the cancellation, bee42 does not come up.

COPYRIGHT

All rights, including those of the translation, reprinting and duplication of the conference or workshop documents or parts thereof, remain reserved to bee42. No part of this publication may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic or mechanical, including, An exception to this are the source codes of the sample applications developed in the conference/workshop.

LIABILITY AND WARRANTY

All conferences and workshops are prepared and carried out by bee42 with the greatest possible care. Liability for the training or workshop success as well as a liability which is not based on intent or gross negligence are excluded.

Any personal use of the information provided is solely the responsibility of a participant. For any changes in the personal life or environment of the participant, bee42 assumes no liability.

DATA PROTECTION

The careful and conscientious handling of the personal information and data of the participant is important to us. That is why we do not pass on data to uninvolved third parties.

Each participant agrees with the electronic processing of his personal data by bee42, as far as is necessary for the proper training and workshop management and implementation.

APPLICABLE LAW AND FINAL PROVISIONS

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany.

The provisions of the UN purchase or contract law shall not apply.

The court of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is Bochum.

Should individual provisions of these “General Terms and Conditions for bee42 conferences and workshops” be or become invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The wholly or partly ineffective regulation is to be replaced by a regulation whose economic success comes as close as possible to the ineffective.

Newsletter tracking
