Beam Summit is a free event with limited attendance capacity. We will contact you one more before the event requesting you to confirm your participation. If your plans change and you cannot attend, please cancel your pass so that we can reassign it.

30 days after the event date
Data will be kept 30 days after the event. After that time we will only keep the data of users who opted-in to be informed of future events from this community as well as those who opted in to share this information with event sponsors.
