Battersea Christmas Carol Concert 2018

1. Tickets to the Christmas Carol Concert are non-refundable.
2. Dogs and cats are unable to attend the event. Please do not bring your beloved pet and leave them in a safe environment at home for the duration.
3. All attendees of the Christmas Carol Concert attend entirely at their own risk. Battersea Dogs & Cats Home shall not be liable for any injury, death, damage, or loss suffered by attendees as a result of their attendance other than in respect of any injury, death, damage or loss arising as a result of Battersea Dogs & Cats Home’s negligence.
4. Battersea Dogs & Cats Home takes all reasonable steps to minimise the risk of injury to participants during this event.
5. There is a risk assessment process in place that aims to minimise or eliminate the risk to everyone taking part. However, by attending the Christmas Carol Concert, all attendees acknowledge that there may be conditions or circumstances beyond our control that can lead to unforeseen risks. If you have any concerns or queries, please contact fundraising@battersea.org.uk before agreeing to take part in the event.
6. All attendees must abide by any rules, instructions and regulations displayed or given on the day of the event by Battersea Dogs & Cats Home staff, and officials.
7. For safety reasons, attendees arriving late must abide by the instructions and decisions of the Event Manager, or their representative.
8. Battersea asks that all those attending the Christmas Carol Concert do not use or display aggressive or abusive language or behaviour towards our organisers and volunteers.

Filming and photography at the event
10. Please note that Battersea (or our authorised service providers) may film or photograph attendees, performers and volunteers attending this event and will use such footage or photographs. We do this in order to publicise the event for fundraising purposes including, but not limited to: television broadcasts, advertising, publications, marketing material, merchandising, social media, personalised direct mail and other media that may be made available to the public. If you do not wish to appear in the videography and/or photography, please notify our film and photography crews at the event.
