The data that is collected will only be used to allow you to participate in this event and inform you of relevant details for your participation. All of your data will be removed no more than 60 days after the event.

Event Terms & Conditions

Summary

Tickets must be paid by credit card. If you cancel attendance at least 15 days before the event you will have your ticket refunded less a $50 fee. If we cancel the event, we will fully refund your ticket, but we cannot be responsible for travel expenses.

Payment Options. Conference tickets must be purchased using a valid credit card.

Transfers, Cancellation, and Refunds. You may transfer your conference registration to another person within your organization at any time by notifying us by email. If you must cancel, please notify us at least 15 days before the event. You will receive a refund for your ticket less a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations made after the deadline, as well as "no-shows" are liable for the full registration fee.

Cancellation by organizers. In the event that the conference is canceled by the organizers, registration fees only will be refunded. Cancellations of travel reservations and hotel reservations made directly with a hotel are the responsibility of the attendee.

Registration Confirmation. Registration will be confirmed by email. You’ll receive a message as soon as payment has been received and your registration has been processed.

Cancelled speakers. The speakers listed for this conference are leading professionals in their respective fields. Should a speaker be unable to attend the conference, all efforts will be made to replace him or her with one of comparable experience and qualifications.

The data controller takes appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or unauthorized destruction of the Data.

Your data is used exclusively to provide you the service of attending Airflow Summit and is not shared with any other third parties or sponsors.

The Data is processed at the data controller’s operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. Depending on the User’s location, data transfers may involve transferring the User’s Data to a country other than their own.

Retention time

Personal Data shall be processed and stored only as long as it is necessary to provide the user with the service of participating at the event. Once the event has ended and all agreed obligations have been provided to the user, personal data will be deleted.

The rights of users Users may exercise certain rights regarding their data processed by the controller.

Changes to this privacy policy The controller reserves the right to make changes to this privacy policy at any time by notifying its users on this page and possibly within Airflow Summit and/or - as far as technically and legally feasible - sending a notice to users via any contact information available to the controller.
