We may cooperate with third parties in organizing Agent Conf. These General Terms and Conditions (these “Terms”) set out the terms and conditions between Callstack and participants regarding a Conference ticket (the “Ticket”) purchase and Conference participation, complementing our Privacy Policy and Code of Conduct. You should read these documents carefully.
By purchasing the Ticket: (a) you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms, Privacy Policy, and Code of Conduct; and (b) you agree to comply with these Terms, Privacy Policy, and Code of Conduct, thereby entering into the contract with Callstack based on these Terms.
II. Registration & Tickets

Tickets for the Conference can be purchased by individuals, legal entities, or other organizations through https://agent.sh. You must ensure that all information provided during ticket purchase and Conference participation is accurate.
The ticket management system is provided by Team Tito Limited, a company registered in Ireland, located at Unit 2, 64 Dame Street, Dublin 2, Ireland ("Tito"). Tito's Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy are available on https://ti.to/home.
To purchase the Ticket, you need to provide personal details such as your full name, company name, email address, and country. If purchasing multiple Tickets or buying on behalf of a legal entity, you must provide the personal details of each attendee before the Conference.
Order confirmation will be sent automatically after a successful purchase. To access the Conference, attendees must confirm their attendance by collecting their badge at the Conference venue. Locations and hours for badge collection will be communicated on the website and by email at least one week before the Conference. You may be asked to present your order confirmation email and ticket when collecting your badge. Callstack may verify an attendee’s identity with a photo ID or similar document when collecting the badge at the Conference venue. ‍
III. Pricing
Pricing is displayed on the website: https://agent.sh in EUR, including value-added tax (VAT). Payment is required immediately after placing your Ticket order through the system provided by Tito. You can make your payment online using Stripe. Callstack reserves the right to adjust prices or offer discounts to future purchasers. Attendees may be asked to show proof of eligibility for any discounts when collecting their badge to enter the Conference venue. Without such proof, the Ticket will be considered invalid, and entry to the Conference will not be allowed.

IV. Refunds
Ticket reassignment is permitted if Callstack is notified before the Conference starts. If an attendee can’t make it, you must inform Callstack and provide the personal details of the substitute. The payer of the Ticket cannot be changed.
Except for the provisions outlined in Section IV.1 of these Terms, Tickets cannot be resold or transferred for commercial gain. If this occurs, Callstack reserves the right to cancel such Tickets and prevent the Ticket holder from attending the Conference.
If the Conference date or location changes to a different city or country less than 60 days before the scheduled date, all Ticket purchasers have the right to cancel their purchase and receive a full refund of the Ticket fee.
In the event of the Conference’s cancellation, all Ticket purchasers will be promptly informed and entitled to a full refund of the Ticket fee.
Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the scheduled Conference date. Any delay in requesting a refund will result in forfeiture of the right to a refund. Refunds will be processed promptly using the purchaser’s details provided at the time of purchase. Individuals and sole traders, however, are not bound by these procedural requirements for refunds. Refunds are available only (i) in the cases described in Sections IV.3 and IV.4, or (ii) where a refund is required under mandatory applicable law. Otherwise, Tickets are non-refundable and no refunds, reimbursements, credits, exchanges, or similar compensation are available for any reason (including inability to attend, travel issues, visa issues, illness, scheduling conflicts, or dissatisfaction), and this applies also to consumers to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

In matters not covered herein, the relevant provisions of the Polish Civil Code and other provisions of the Polish law will apply. Subject to the application of the overriding mandatory provisions of the applicable laws, any disputes arising from the purchase of the Ticket and/or participation in the Conference are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Polish court. All disputes between Callstack and purchasers who are not individuals or sole traders will be brought before the Polish court determined by Callstack’s registered office. If any provision of these Terms is found to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, it will not affect or impair the legality, validity, or enforceability of any other provision of these Terms in that jurisdiction.
