Refund and Cancellation Policies:

Tickets are allowed to be cancelled 2 weeks after purchased, with 60% refund of the ticket cost to the ticket holder. Tickets purchase 4 weeks prior to event scheduled date can no longer be cancelled.

If at any time the event is postponed, rescheduled or delayed for any reason, NOVATUN will not be liable for any loss caused by such postponement, reschedule or delay; But ticket holders are allowed to request a refund if he/she decides not to attend anymore. In this case, a refund of 60% will be made available to ticket holders at the end of the event ( the New date).

You can make the request for Ticket cancellation directly to event@novatun.com – Our Event support team. The Refund on cancellation of tickets is subject to be determined by Event Organizer, in this case, NOVATUN Ltd. We would recommend users to read this Terms & Conditions before booking the tickets.

It is your responsibility to ascertain whether an event has been Rescheduled and the date and time of any rearranged event. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, we will use reasonable endeavours to notify ticket holders of the cancellation. We do not guarantee that the ticket holder will be informed of such cancellation before the date of the event but we do our best to inform you, the ticket holder.

Tickets may be restricted to a maximum number per person, per credit card. We reserve the right to cancel tickets without prior notice purchased in excess of this number.


Our Terms & Conditions:

  1. All fees payable are in Euro.
  2. Promotional codes and / or discounts cannot be accrued and can only be used once.
  3. For Bulk Booking of 10 or more tickets, please contact us at info@novatun.com. Upon received of full payment, you will be provided via email, a unique registration code that you can distribute to individuals in your group. Each individual will be required to enter your given group’s registration code as they begin their registration process.
  4. Early Bird Rate Registration Period: Early Bird Rate will be applicable till 28th February 2020, at 23:59 hrs, CET. Regular rate will apply for all registrations received thereafter. In order to qualify for this rate, payment must be received on or before the 28th February 2020.
  5. Regular Rate Registration Period: Regular Rate will be applicable till 30th of April 2020, 23.59 hrs, CET. Regular rate will apply for all registrations received thereafter. In order to qualify for this rate, payment must be received on or before the 1st of May 2020.
  6. Onsite Rate Registration Period: Onsite Rate will be applicable from 24th May 2020, 23.59 hrs, CET till the end of the event. Please note, that registration for the event is only confirmed upon receipt of payment.
  7. Complimentary ticket for students, academicians, and public officials will only be effected upon contacting us via email. Complimentary ticket for students and academicians is only applicable to currently active staff/students from recognized educational institutions. Student/staff pass or official letter from your institution is required.
