I understand and agree that the data collected will be used by Mobilisation Labs (the 'Organizer') in accordance with its privacy policy to plan and manage the event for which I have registered, and that Mozilla will also have access to this data. Both Mobilisation Lab's and Mozilla's Privacy Policy are available to read in the Organizer terms page linked below.

By participating in Mozilla Festival, you are agreeing to the Event Terms and Conditions. You must respect Mozilla’s Community Participation Guidelines. If you don't respect these guidelines you will be asked to leave the event and will not receive a refund for any ticket purchased. By submitting any content to Mozilla (for example, through a hack-a-thon or contributing to session materials), you agree that Mozilla can use and publish that content, and agree to license the materials in a manner that is compatible with the license(s) under which Mozilla makes material available to the public. Mozilla may record and publish sessions and other portions of MozFest. Please contact us (festival@mozilla.org) if you would like instructions on how to indicate you do not wish to be part of published recordings. MobLab is strongly committed to protecting the privacy of website users, email list subscribers, event participants and users of other services. This Privacy & Data Usage policy describes what information we gather from you, how we use that information and what we do to protect it. If you have further questions, please email us at editor@mobilisationlab.org. In this policy, MobLab refers to Mobilisation Lab staff, cooperating attorneys, interns, volunteers and consultants, all of whom are bound by law or contract to keep information they receive as part of their assistance to Mobilisation Lab confidential.

Two (2) Years

In general, unless still required in connection with the purpose(s) for which it was collected and/or is processed, we remove your personal information from our records two years after the date it was collected unless we are required by law to keep it longer. However, if before that date (i) your personal information is no longer required in connection with such purpose(s), (ii) we are no longer lawfully entitled to process it or (iii) you validly exercise your right of erasure, we will remove it from our records at the relevant time.
